Pause. Breathe. Connect.

In a digital world, I choose analog connection.
No Zoom. No Agendas. Just a walk.

Inspired by the neuroscience of Dr. Wendy Suzuki and the social experiments of a Dominican filmmaker who walked with strangers to find their humanity, I realized something critical:

The best clarity doesn't happen in a boardroom. It happens in motion.

This initiative isn't about traditional networking. It is an experiment in the "10% Philosophy", the belief that disconnecting for just a fraction of our day to walk, breathe, and truly listen can transform the other 90% of our business.

No agendas. No screens. Just two founders and a walk.

A bright, outdoor selfie of Rosicler and Prayalini (Pri) Sathanantham smiling warmly at the camera. They are standing together on a sunny, tree-lined walking path. Prayalini is on the left in a casual green top, and Rosicler is on the right wearing round sunglasses and a light top. A teal color gradient overlays the bottom left corner of the image.

It started with an invitation to dance. Even though I couldn't accept, her openness to connect offline sparked this entire initiative. She was the perfect first partner to test my theory that real clarity comes from the silence between the trees, not a boardroom. Pri proves that the strongest cultures are built on human moments, not just financial metrics.

A bright, outdoor selfie of Rosicler and Ankita Rao smiling warmly at the camera on a sunny day. They are standing in a grassy area with a wooden boardwalk, sandy beach, and blue water in the background. Rosicler is on the left wearing round sunglasses and a light hoodie, while Ankita is on the right in dark sunglasses and a black-and-white striped sweater. A teal color gradient overlays the bottom left corner of the image.

It started with a challenge. She told me my content was too dense and dared me to simplify it. I accepted. That honest feedback led to a walk by the water in The Beaches, where we talked about redefining leadership, motherhood, and the power of transformation from the inside out. A true citizen of the world who pushes everyone around her to be better.

A bright, outdoor selfie of Rosicler and John Edward McGraw smiling warmly at the camera. John is on the left wearing a dark cap and jacket, while Rosicler is on the right wearing round glasses and holding a cup. They are standing near green patio umbrellas with autumn trees visible in the background. A teal color gradient overlays the bottom left corner of the image.

We met at a lunch but connected on a shared mission. John builds bridges between cultures just as I build infrastructure for businesses. Walking with him during his intense TEDx preparation confirmed that high-impact founders desperately need to disconnect. He is proof that stepping away is not a luxury, but a requirement for the clarity needed to take the next big leap.
