Terms of Service – Business Architecture Audit (BAA)

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS 

By checking the mandatory box during the checkout process and completing the purchase of the Business Architecture Audit (BAA), the Client (hereinafter "you") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service provided by Rosicler Alonzo Tavarez o/a Kai Business Evolution ("Service Provider", "we", or "us"), a registered sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE: BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE AUDIT (BAA)

The BAA includes:

Pre-Audit Assessment: Analysis of the information you provide via our proprietary assessment form prior to our meeting.

One (1) Strategic Audit Meeting: A virtual consultation to discuss specific business goals and architectural gaps.

Deliverable: A Visual Strategic Roadmap provided within one (1) week following the meeting.

Follow-up Support: Email support at [email protected] for four (4) weeks post-delivery, plus one (1) bonus implementation call four (4) weeks after delivery.

3. PAYMENT TERMS & NO-REFUND POLICY

Service Fee: A single, non-refundable payment of $950 CAD is due in full at the time of booking.

No-Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of the audit and the immediate allocation of resources for pre-session preparation, all sales are final.

Platform: Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Complete the required assessment form at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Attend the scheduled meeting promptly.

Provide accurate information necessary for the audit.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information. We comply with Ontario privacy standards regarding your data.

Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the specific Visual Strategic Roadmap created for you. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing templates.

6. TERMINATION 

We reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund if you fail to provide necessary information or exhibit a material breach of these terms.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Ontario Inc. in Toronto, Ontario.
